Deposits
To secure your booking we require a £50 deposit. This deposit is refundable and will be refunded no later than 3 days after the soft play equipment from your booking has been collected and inspected for any damage.  Full booking amount will be due in full no later than 5 days before your event.  In the event the full amount is not received your booking may be cancelled

Rules of play

• All children must wear socks when playing on the soft play equipment.
• No food or drink
• No sharp objects/badges/loose/sharp jewellery
• No paints or glitters
• No pets
• No face paint

Face Painter
Please note that we cannot provide soft play hire if you’ve booked a face painter, this is because face paints will stain our equipment. Kindly inform us of any face painter bookings to avoid any inconvenience, as unadvised face painters may result in the cancellation of your soft play booking.
